About Mary I.
I’ve loved the power of personal style ever since I was a little girl… though it didn’t exactly start with love at first sight. I still remember the moment my mom brought home what I swore were the ugliest shoes on the planet: saddle oxfords. I was crushed. She thought they were practical; I wanted to feel stylish. That moment lit a spark in me—one that’s guided me ever since. Now, I get to help women bridge that same gap: between what’s practical and what feels personal, expressive, and right. Whether I’m curating a wardrobe for an international business trip or helping a woman rediscover herself through a closet refresh, I bring deep experience, a collaborative spirit, and a whole lot of heart. At The Style Studio by Mary I, I help women simplify their wardrobes and show up as the most confident, authentic version of themselves. Through my Signature Styling Experience, I offer high-touch, personalized support to women navigating career shifts, lifestyle changes, or simply a new season of life. Q: What happens during a Discovery Call?
It’s a relaxed, 20-minute conversation where we talk about your style goals, your lifestyle, and what’s been feeling challenging with your wardrobe. I’ll answer your questions and share which Style Experience is the best fit for you. No pressure—just clarity and next steps.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before we work together?
Not at all! Come as you are. During our sessions, I’ll guide you through everything step by step. My role is to make the process easy (and fun!), so you can focus on feeling confident in your style—not stressed about the details.

Q: Do you only work with women in Southern California?
Not at all! While I offer in-person services locally, many of my clients work with me virtually from across the country. The Signature Styling Experience and other virtual offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are.

Q: Will you try to change my style?
Never. My role is to help you refine and express the style that feels most like you. Together, we’ll create a wardrobe that feels authentic, flattering, and easy to wear.
